Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of business experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, consulting, or investment banking, with preference for fast-growing tech companies.
• 1+ years in Investment Banking is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive self-starter with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Own the support and maintenance of key systems, tools, and processes for the Strategic Finance team.
• Coordinate and organize the monthly Financial Close Package and presentations for the Board of Directors and Investor Relations.
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor spending, and conduct monthly headcount reconciliation.
• Demonstrate strategic, analytical, and communication skills while understanding US healthcare issues.
