Requirements:

• 8+ years as a hands-on Solutions Architect designing complex data platforms.
• 2+ years previous consulting leadership experience with project management.
• Expertise in a broad range of SAP modules including FI, MM, CO, SD, PM, PP, SRM, and CRM.
• Proven experience in data model architecture and data migration from SAP to EDW platforms.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migrations, with preference for ECC to S/4 experience.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake and migration process design.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor in both pre-sales and project delivery phases.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, Scala, or ABAP.
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures and cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience in complex data queries.
• Expertise in leading and managing teams of Solution Architects and Data Engineers.
• Proven ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and technology partners.
• Strong relationship-building skills to drive customer success.
• Ownership in resolving challenges for exceptional project outcomes.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end technical solutions with a focus on performance and security.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in client-facing roles.
• Ability to create and deliver detailed presentations and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client executives while understanding their business challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex data issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Design and manage the migration of data from SAP systems to Enterprise Data Warehouses.
• Offer expert guidance during pre-sales and project delivery phases on SAP solutions.
• Leverage deep expertise in SAP modules for data migration to modern platforms.
• Play a critical role in SAP S/4HANA upgrade/migration projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data migration strategies.
