Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar Email Marketing role.
  • Mastery in Marketo, Salesforce, Segment, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong background in Email Marketing, including strategy, segmentation, lead scoring, automation, workflow creation, and campaign management.
  • Analytical, effective communicator, and problem-solver with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in database management practices, including data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution modeling.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns/programs that drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Support all marketing and sales campaigns, including list and program creation, performance monitoring, developing insights, and implementing optimizations.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Rev-Ops to refine email marketing processes, technology, and data management.
