Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in leveraged loans at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong commercial acumen with a desire to provide clear, pragmatic, and actionable legal analysis.
• Extensive experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating term sheets, syndicated facilities agreements, intercreditor agreements and ancillary documents.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident communicator, able to write clearly and concisely.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse loan documentation and debt structures, identifying key considerations, loopholes and novel provisions.
• Break down complex documentation and summarize it clearly for diverse audiences across the buy-side and sell-side.
• Answer questions from leveraged finance market participants on covenants and their implications.
• Engage with market participants through seminars, webinars, and podcasts.
• Leverage Reorg’s databases to provide subscribers a competitive edge.
• Build and nurture relationships with Reorg’s clients and industry contacts.
• Represent Reorg in industry events and media.
