Requirements:

• 5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Field Service Lightning Consultant.
• Solution and project management-oriented.
• Experience with office applications and working with basic to advanced formulas in programs such as Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
• Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Capture customer stories and anticipate their business needs.

• Define and drive testing plans.
