Requirements:

• 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce or 7+ years for other platforms, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Demonstrated mastery in relational databases and software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Creative and analytical problem solver with excellent time and priority management skills.
• Effective communication skills to translate technical requirements.
• Proactive, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis.
• Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs.
• Handle basic administrative and development functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
• Collaborate with the user community to define and document development requirements.
• Review business user and product requirements.
• Provide status reports to the project lead consultant.
• Support end users, process configuration changes, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Act as the point of escalation for junior team members.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert to assist team members.
