Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience as an SAP Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience with at least 4 full SAP implementations or major projects.
• Effective communication with all organizational levels.
• Willingness to keep updated with SAP technological innovations.
• Ability to estimate resource needs based on minimal detail.
• Ability to accept ownership and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP WM, including organizational structure, interfaces, and integration.
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP code for defect resolution and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership, functional and technical teams.
• Participate in business process improvement discussions.
• Perform analysis to identify system enhancement requirements.
• Design solutions for requirements and provide work estimates.
• Configure SAP to produce business results based on end user needs.
• Write functional design specifications for the development team.
• Conduct unit and integration tests for quality assurance.
• Simulate and manage deployment of solutions with technical teams.
• Provide tier 2 production support after deployment.
