Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an SAP Business Systems Analyst.
• At least 4 full SAP implementations or major projects involving multiple core SAP modules.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and functions.
• Willingness to stay current with SAP technological innovations.
• Ability to estimate work effort based on minimal detail.
• Acceptance of ownership to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership, functional, and technical teams.
• Participate in business process improvement discussions.
• Perform analysis to drive system enhancement requirements.
• Design solutions and produce resource work estimates.
• Configure SAP via the implementation guide for business needs.
• Write functional design specifications for the development team.
• Perform unit and integration tests for quality assurance.
• Simulate and manage the deployment of the solution.
• Provide tier 2 production support post-deployment.
