• 7+ years of hands-on product design and UX experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional product experiences.
• Experience designing B2B products, with an understanding of enterprise-level user needs.
• Data-driven, using qualitative user research and quantitative data for decision-making.
• High standard for design craft, with expertise in visual design.
• Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Highly skilled in Figma and other design and prototyping software.
• Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS and Design Systems to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
• Naturally curious and thrive in ambiguity.
• Self-directed and action-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Broker experiences, from inception to execution.
• Innovate solutions for complex design challenges, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
• Deliver elegant, intuitive design solutions elevating the overall product experience.
• Inform product strategy and work with cross-functional partners to plan and prioritize product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation while preserving design vision.
• Plan and conduct user research to identify and validate user problems.
• Utilize product analytics and data to inform decisions.
• Champion design thinking, inspire creativity, and foster a culture of feedback.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
