Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate customer agreements
• Manage agreements for compliance
• Stay current on U.S. SaaS laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice on commercial matters
• Develop prompts for AI systems in legal inquiries
• Provide training on legal and compliance issues
