Requirements:
  • Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification and already have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of HR.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You are a natural storyteller who can effectively communicate the company’s growth philosophy to a wide audience through both digital and in-person channels.
  • Employee-Centered Philosophy: You have a deep understanding of how to craft employee-centric experiences that engage, inspire, and foster long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute company-wide campaigns to promote career development, focusing also on operational, and service delivery employees.
  • Build a robust collection of career testimonials across business units and levels, showcasing employee growth stories and progression within the company.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate an annual Growth Day to inspire and educate employees on potential career paths, development opportunities, and personal growth stories.
  • Collaborate with HR and tech teams to integrate career paths and growth opportunities into our skills intelligence platform, ensuring that career data is easily accessible and clear.
  • Work closely with the IT team to train it to accurately respond to career development inquiries, ensuring employees get timely and relevant guidance.
