Requirements:
  • Advanced UI/UX design skills with an emphasis on mobile free-to-play experiences.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong 2D illustration skills and a compelling portfolio showcasing various styles.
  • Good working knowledge of typography, color theory, and iconography.
  • Understanding of design requirements in Unity/Xcode is highly valuable.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (written and verbal).
  • Ability to advocate for user-centric improvements and handle multiple live ops projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for new game features and live events.
  • Brainstorm user problems and solutions, advocating for continuous improvements in usability and player experience.
  • Design and maintain visual elements, including banners, in-game promotions, IAPs, and interface assets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, product leads) to manage and complete tasks in Asana.
  • Support and implement CEO-driven tasks and projects from the Product Director.
  • Prepare final assets for production and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Enhance and iterate on existing live game systems, incorporating user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team on asset requirements for Unity/Xcode pipelines.
