Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an agile development environment
Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies
Experience in healthcare technology or a regulated industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management and collaboration tools like Miro, Figjam or LucidCharts to enable virtual collaboration

Responsibilities:

Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the team’s capacity
Create clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to provide the development team with appropriate context and clarity
Lead sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, to drive alignment and effective team collaboration
Define and track product metrics to measure success and guide decision making
