Responsibilities:
  • Manage and cultivate a high-performing remote sales team of 8-12 members.
  • Own and drive the sales strategy for our government accounts, identifying opportunities to build value propositions that resonate with customers and drive strong sales growth.
  • Work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Operations, and Enablement teams to align on sales goals, provide data-driven insights, and refine systems and processes that empower the team to manage and grow education sales and professional development effectively
  • Use analytics to measure team performance, identify areas of improvement, and iteratively design processes that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed and achieve both individual and team targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and regularly monitor progress, holding the team accountable to individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide regular feedback, support, and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and outcomes.
