• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expert financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Pereview, Yardi, or MRI
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

Responsibilities:

• Oversee investment management platform integrity
• Monitor transaction activity for reporting
• Analyze financial data for trends and risks
• Lead quarterly investor reporting process
• Manage annual forecasting and planning processes
• Conduct fee analysis and return calculation verification
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting
• Hire, mentor, and develop FP&A team members
