Requirements:
  • 5+ years in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or related roles, OR 2-3 years in investment banking/consulting followed by a couple of years in FP&A.
  • Bring a deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business drivers, honed in dynamic consumer startup and complex enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional Excel modeling skills, with a proven ability to build robust financial models. You’re passionate about solving complex problems and turning data into compelling stories.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all financial analyses and reporting, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Refine our revenue forecast model—including new customer acquisition, retention, churn, and expansion revenue—to drive strategic decisions and fuel business growth.
  • Develop deep insights from key SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU, net retention) to shape long-range strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build dynamic financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes, promotions, customer segmentation, and expansion initiatives, ensuring our strategies remain agile and forward-thinking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align financial plans with broader business strategies, optimizing revenue outcomes and driving cross-functional success.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on revenue trends, variances, and risks, ensuring transparency and alignment with our overall company objectives.
  • Leverage comprehensive financial and operational data to generate recommendations that enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure revenue recognition meets ASC 606 and GAAP standards, maintaining rigorous financial integrity.
  • Continuously enhance forecasting methodologies, boost reporting accuracy, and spearhead automation in revenue analytics, driving ongoing innovation and efficiency.
