Requirements:

• J.D. degree from a top tier law school
• Admission to at least one state bar
• 1-3 years of experience at a reputable law firm or in-house
• Transactional and contract experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Work closely as an advisor on legal matters
• Negotiate contracts with collaborators and vendors
• Develop legal contracting process and workflows
• Ensure legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Implement policies and manage record retention
• Support commercial and financial agreements
