Requirements:
  • Have solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making
  • Proven experience in relevant projects transforming complex problems into simple and outstanding experiences
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and are passionate about helping people to grow and develop their careers
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support design decisions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills for decision-making.
  • English proficiency is mandatory
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance and support.
  • Be a product leader, being accountable for the success and impact of your scope, leading your team and working closely with cross-functional peers to drive decision-making and execution.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligned with the company’s growth targets
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and design excellence.
  • Identify, shape and drive complex, cross-functional projects to ensure a unified customer experience within your problem space- ensuring high-quality design outcomes that positively impact both users and the business
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and define workstreams and goals.
  • Conduct research processes, competitive analysis, and performance metric evaluations in order to understand our current context and provide insight for future steps.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their behaviors to identify growth levers.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative solutions that address user needs and drive company growth.
  • Ensure user research, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously iterate and improve products.
  • Guarantee consistency and quality of the user experience across all products and channels.
  • Ensure high-quality physical and digital service journeys by being the craft guardian, leveraging the team in design processes and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
  • Conduct post-launch analyses and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance existing products.
  • Define success metrics and track product performance against these metrics.
