Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in a customer facing role
• Strong understanding of Internet protocols
• Basic understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, etc.)
• Knowledge of networking topology and security
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Present technical information to diverse audiences
• Self-driven problem solver
• Basic understanding of Python

Responsibilities:

• Train customers on how to use the product
• Demonstrate new features to customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Engage customers to find additional use cases
• Conduct meetings and QBRs with customer teams
• Work with product team on feature requests
• Triage escalations from customer support
