Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, partnership development, and/or membership management, preferably in the non-profit, impact investing, or international development sector
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategies at a global level
  • Proven track record of cultivating and managing relationships with corporations, foundations, impact investors, and government agencies
  • Experience in developing and managing membership programs that drive engagement and provide value to members
  • Experience working with capital-raising or investment teams to align fundraising efforts with investment opportunities is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global fundraising strategy
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporations, foundations, impact investors, government agencies, and other strategic partners
  • Manage membership programs
  • Secure multi-year financial commitments
  • Work closely with IIX’s capital-raising team
  • Expand the Orange Movement's global network
  • Diversify funding streams
  • Represent the Orange Movement to potential funders and partners
  • Oversee partnership management
  • Report on fundraising and partnership progress
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of fundraising and partnership professionals
  • Manage the budget for fundraising and partnership activities
