Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field
• California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility
• Previous experience providing counseling and therapy services
• Strong rapport-building skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate online therapy sessions
• Collaborate with clients on care plans
• Respond to clients in crisis
• Document client progress
• Work within a team to improve outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends
