Requirements:
  • Experience as an SDR or Account Executive, demonstrating outstanding conversion rates in selling enterprise (B2B) software products.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (Director level + ) is a plus
  • You have experience selling to diverse customer groups, demonstrating the empathy needed to sell effectively to HR departments
  • You can communicate effectively, tailoring your approach to meet our prospect demands and identifying potential product customizations to enhance sales opportunities
  • Self-starting, motivated individual, who is curious to try and test new things and isn’t afraid to fail
  • Native in English, other languages a bonus but not critical
  • Keen sense and ability to automate recurring tasks, is organized and able to structure their day-to-day effectively
  • You are data-oriented, and use data and metrics to guide you
  • A genuine desire to succeed, have an impactful career and grow with a startup
  • Experience working with sales and revenue tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Sales Navigator is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Execute creative outbound lead generation to deliver qualified new business opportunities and meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage inbound requests, complete discovery calls, and book demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the wider SDR and Sales team to develop creative strategies for reaching targets and learn from each other in regular training sessions
  • Create drip campaigns featuring tailored mailings, personalized sequences, and account-based marketing strategies for larger accounts
  • Be creative and stay in touch with market trends - being first to target growing verticals and identify market gaps
  • Collaborate with your Account Executive counterparts to multi-thread on high-interest accounts and generate meetings
  • Nurture leads from our multi-channel marketing strategy into qualified business opportunities - including by attending local and regional events
