Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar role within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
  • Established relationships with Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader crypto landscape. Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with top-tier Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and other institutional investors to drive strategic partnerships and investment opportunities for Mantle Network.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end deal processes, including structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals with institutional partners.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the institutional investment landscape. Provide strategic insights to the executive team.
  • Represent Mantle Network at industry conferences, events, and meetings with institutional investors. Build and maintain a strong network within the financial and investment communities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track the progress and outcomes of BD activities. Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to institutional partnerships and deal flow.
