Requirements:

• Strong analytical and accounting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, along with being self-motivated, ability to work independently, multi tasking, and a high attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and solid experience in standard Microsoft products are essential, especially with Excel.
• Batchelor’s Degree in Accounting, or 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience within an organization during its start-up and growth phases, executing through teamwork and collaboration.
• Strengths include problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization in a collaborative manner.
• Must be able to establish peer relationships and communicate effectively within cross-functional and external teams as well

Responsibilities:

• Perform Bank statement reconciliations.
• Research outstanding entries to ensure items are cleared in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate adjusting entries.
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.
• Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
• Other duties as assigned.
