Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for customer service, BPO roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using ATS platforms
• Knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Utilize an ATS to manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct reference checks and assist in offer negotiations
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies
