Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, or similar).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and customer engagement.
  • Experience in e-commerce, multi-brand retail, marketplaces, DTC brands, or related platforms and industries.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other retention channels.
  • Help manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize communications based on behaviors, purchase history, and engagement levels.
  • Support the execution of loyalty and VIP programs, subscription models, and re-engagement campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
  • Work with creative, content and merchandising teams to develop compelling email and SMS content that aligns with Over the Moon’s brand voice.
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test messaging, and recommend optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all lifecycle marketing efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
  • Track and analyze customer retention metrics, including repeat purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value.
  • Generate reports and insights to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the retention marketing funnel.
