Business Analyst (English Required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the financial sector.
• Strong experience in business analysis and definition of functionalities for platforms handling savings funds, pension plans, record-keeping, and investment funds.
• Knowledge of fiduciary processes and fund administration.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and document operational and functional processes.
• Experience collaborating with development and CX teams to validate technological solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) to collaborate with international teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Define the necessary functionalities for the operation of the company’s managed products (pension plans, savings funds, and savings cooperatives).
• Detail and document business and operational requirements for the implementation of platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development team, providing clear and precise specifications to ensure correct functionality implementation.
• Analyze and evaluate solution proposals made by the development team, together with Customer Experience (CX), identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with client operational requirements.
• Ensure that solutions align with current client operations, avoiding disruptions in business processes.
• Propose alternative development solutions based on detailed business analysis.
• Create and execute test matrices, ensuring end-to-end validation before the implementation of new functionalities.
• Ensure the execution of comprehensive testing to guarantee the quality and functionality of new developments.
