Requirements:

• Experience managing and supporting nCino and Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and administration best practices.
• Ability to identify system improvements and manage changes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Support and administer the bank's critical business applications through best practices.
• Lead the ongoing development, configuration, administration, and support of nCino applications across all business line channels.
• Serve as a technical SME for the Salesforce platform.
• Provide hands-on support for new development and maintenance of nCino, Salesforce, and related applications.
• Identify improvements to address problem areas or inefficiencies.
• Plan necessary system changes and upgrades to meet growing business needs.
