Requirements:
  • Obtained a degree in business or accounting.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in payroll administration within an HR or Finance team.
  • Track record of implementing payroll management systems like SICOSS and integrating with HRIS tools like HiBoB.
  • Strong understanding of fiscal procedures and staying updated with regulatory changes.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws in Mexico and LATAM.
  • Knowledge of SUA / IDSE.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and passion for numbers.
Responsibilities:
  • Compile payroll data including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and vacations.
  • Process payroll on time according to local labor law.
  • Ensure accurate registration of payroll and benefits in company accounting.
  • Calculate semi-monthly paychecks, manage local payroll tax payments, and upload IDSE account information.
  • Ensure timely processing of social security payments and manage international contractor payments.
