Product Lead - MPL

Requirements:

• Experience in blockchain development, particularly with Solana and the Metaplex ecosystem.
• Active coding skills, preferably in Rust or TypeScript.
• Strong product intuition with an understanding of developer needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in product innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills to distill technical concepts into strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership to define and execute the product strategy for MPL and developer tools.
• Develop and communicate a product roadmap aligned with Metaplex’s mission.
• Identify opportunities to enhance developer experience through improvements to SDKs and APIs.
• Collaborate to drive adoption of Metaplex’s tooling across the Solana ecosystem.
• Engage with developers, gather insights, and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process alongside engineering and design teams.
• Ensure MPL supports secure and scalable on-chain applications.
• Prototype and experiment with new concepts in on-chain assets.
• Align product development with ecosystem needs through cross-functional collaboration.
• Measure product success metrics and identify opportunities for integrations and partnerships.
