Requirements:

• Proven experience creating and managing partnerships in Asia.
• Knowledge of the global and Asian climate finance ecosystem.
• Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• High-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in one or more local languages is desirable; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Existing relationships within Asian financial institutions or NGOs aligned with Arc’s strategic pillars.
• Experience in a similar role within an NGO, philanthropic organization, or consultancy.
• Familiarity with regional trends in climate finance and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder mapping, research, and analysis specific to Asia.
• Build and manage relationships with philanthropic and regranting organizations, NGOs, and coalitions.
• Engage with key regional players through presentations and dialogue.
• Keep up to date with partners’ initiatives and identify synergies with Arc’s work.
• Collaborate with internal experts to handle technical queries.
• Lead meetings to align on goals and track progress.
• Support the formalization of partnerships through MOUs and agreements.
• Monitor relationship impacts and provide briefings for leadership.
