Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques.
• Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for clients.
• Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications.
