Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or retail (Shopify experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Intermediate analytics skills (data gathering and manipulation).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning new skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of UrbanStems’ business and ecommerce operations.
• Manage the storefront, including creative updates, pricing, product sorting, and promotion setup.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings with descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
• Analyze product performance and inventory to identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure digital content meets site and brand standards.
• Support campaign setups, including homepage, product collection, promotions, and landing page updates.
