Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to organize and interpret data.
• Experience in the full accounting cycle and with Xero and Quick Books Online.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts for client organizations.
• Assist with defining, benchmarking, and implementing operational best practices.
• Understand all aspects of accounting cycle for client work; manage billing, financial statements, and other key analyses.
• Help prepare and review financial statements and manage client projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key client relationships, providing strategic advice and maintaining communication.
