Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or online chat support role preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and objections with ease.
• Comfortable using chat software and eager to learn new tools as needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the mobile home and real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with website visitors through online chat, responding to inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about available homes, pricing, and services offered by Dragonfly Homes.
• Assist potential clients with their questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document chat interactions and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the accuracy of information provided.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company’s values during all interactions.
