Requirements:

• Completed technical education with a focus on IT (HTL, FH, TU) or comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
• Experience in leading corporate and team development for sustainable added value.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Very good presentation and moderation skills.
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new topics.
• High quality organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably German.

Responsibilities:

• Take the overall responsibility for the Application Architecture product and team.
• Lead a team of experts in backend architecture, frontend architecture, security architecture, and quality assurance.
• Design the product vision and roadmap with the team and stakeholders.
• Define and enforce standards for a stable product architecture and technology landscape.
• Further develop and enhance the product in alignment with stakeholders.
• Identify required competencies and drive personal and professional development in the team.
