Requirements:
  • Minimum ten years' experience in state or local HHS and BH departments and consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of government HHS and BH landscape, procurement, and public sector funding mechanisms.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and experience selling large scale data and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across internal teams.
  • Passion for innovation and ability to implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Public sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Continuously cast a compelling vision for clients, aligning Resultant's capabilities with client missions.
  • Decide on appropriate contract types and facilitate the amendment process with clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of trends affecting clients and articulate project impacts.
  • Identify high-value work opportunities and extend existing project engagements.
  • Develop and manage key executive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and referral potential.
  • Drive pricing and risk strategies tailored to each client engagement.
  • Partner with sales support teams to execute account plans and sales strategies.
  • Promote Resultant's brand through industry events and publications.
