Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of local market and recruitment techniques in LatAm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruiting practices.
• Comfortable conducting business in English.

Responsibilities:

• Talent sourcing through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews of candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for effectiveness.
