• 4+ years of experience in a data science role or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a senior/lead position executing end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Fluency with Python and machine learning packages.
• Comfort with SQL and full modeling cycle experience.
• Competency in statistics and knowledge of experimental design.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to thrive in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Embed with business stakeholders to identify, test, and implement data science solutions focused on econometric models and causal problems.
• Develop a roadmap with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
• Own full-cycle machine learning products from ideation to deployment.
• Propose, design, and analyze large-scale online experiments.
• Mentor junior team members and develop shared tools.
• Leverage data insights to influence company strategy.
