Requirements:

• Training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/w/d), successfully completed studies in the IT environment or comparable relevant qualification
• High reliability, independent work and a high solution orientation as well as a proactive and open communication
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities:

• Telephone acceptance, classification and prioritization of Incidents and their solution according to SLA
• Application support in the area of the Microsoft Office products
• M365/Windows Troubleshooting and troubleshooting of Windows clients
• Adjustment of authorizations and MFA Troubleshooting
