Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in food science or equivalent with good knowledge of fermented beverage processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, production, or technical environment, ideally in B2B.
  • Mother language is Dutch and fluent in English.
  • Office 365 proficiency.
  • Strong behavioral skills: pragmatic, creative, good listener, negotiation and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales development of yeasts and yeast derivatives in specific Northern European markets.
  • Achieve target sales in volume and revenue.
  • Visit distributors and accounts to develop strong relationships.
  • Manage and challenge distributors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver sales and technical presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate sales offers in accordance with guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communication for customer support.
  • Promote products through publications and participation in trade shows.
