Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for hospitality projects.
• Experience working on boutique hotels, luxury hotels, and large hotel groups.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam; Revit, SketchUp experience is a plus.
• Understanding of US building codes, ADA compliance, and hospitality brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork with a US-based team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all drawings align with hospitality design standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with US-based architects and designers for project feasibility.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
• Conduct quality control checks before submitting drawings.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
