• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about spam and fraud in the Telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools.
• Competency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Twilio’s tools and investigative skills to detect and prevent non-compliant activity.
• Analyze text messages reported by customers and carriers to determine correct classification.
• Handle incoming requests from internal and external customers.
• Support process improvements and stay updated with industry trends related to spam and fraud.
