Requirements:

• 5+ years as a product designer, user experience designer, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools like Protopie.
• Experience crafting high-level concepts and refined micro-interactions.
• Expertise in visual design, ensuring consistency in color, typography, and motion.
• Applies UX methodologies like service blueprints, user journeys, and usability testing.
• Designs with a systems mindset, integrating large-scale concepts and detailed interactions.
• Engages audiences through storytelling and presentations.
• Passionate about creating meaningful, trend-forward designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to shape product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Propose, test, and evaluate ideas to enhance Zillow customer experiences.
• Lead design activities like journey mapping, co-design sessions, prototyping, design critiques, and user testing.
• Facilitate workshops with designers and cross-functional teams.
• Use data to inform design decisions and continuously refine the user experience.
• Deliver high-quality designs that influence strategy and decision-making.
• Present design work and seek feedback from partners.
• Independently lead projects from early discovery to final execution.
• Partner with the Design System team.
