Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies with an emphasis on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Experience with Typescript, Ruby on Rails, React, NextJS, Vercel, AWS, headless CMS, and serverless architecture preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong inclination towards action and growth, with a passion for learning and tackling new challenges.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in various roles.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalable solutions focused on customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Understanding the business context and problems holistically, focusing on specific problems to solve them.
• Leading projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Building new products and features from conception to launch, focusing on MVP and incremental improvements.
• Ensuring the adoption of best practices in software development, security and technology infrastructure.
