Requirements:

• Active dental professional license in any state is required.
• Candidates must comply with HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and OIG Compliance protocols.
• Must meet 1099 NEC requirements.
• Additional credentials needed include SAM registration and DUNS number enrollment.
• OpenTelemed provides support for candidates unfamiliar with necessary compliance enrollments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual oral health assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Provide preventive and basic dental care services remotely to patients.
• Offer pre and post-operative consultations to guide patients before and after dental procedures.
• Perform digital health education to inform patients about dental health.
• Provide routine dental checkups and ensure ongoing patient care.
• Conduct specialized consultations in areas such as Orthodontics, TMJ disorders, Dental Implants, and dietary counseling.
