• Conceptualize and implement complex data models aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee enterprise-wide Salesforce administration and governance.
• Direct user access management strategies and delivery of technical support.
• Establish seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Champion industry best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Institute comprehensive documentation for all development initiatives.
