Software Staff Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, system integrations, or IT project management.
• Strong background in WMS, OMS, and fulfillment operations for eCommerce or logistics.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management systems, API integrations, and ERP/3PL software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and process issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Risk management experience, with a track record of identifying and mitigating potential challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee system integrations, implementation, and testing for AMZ Prep’s OMS, WMS, and fulfillment technology stack.
• Lead technical execution for software deployment across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring smooth onboarding of new brands.
• Manage end-to-end system deployment including design, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to align technology with business needs.
• Develop scalable SOPs and training materials to ensure seamless adoption of new technology.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to software implementation and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide technical leadership for warehouse operations, improving efficiency and automation.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring systems meet their ongoing operational needs.
