Requirements:
8+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or other relevant marketing experience.
Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact.
Highly collaborative with a strong track record of campaign planning and management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally and with executives.
Experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation) and Salesforce.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities:
Craft and orchestrate a demand generation strategy for achieving the EMEA pipeline targets, in partnership with Field, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.
Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; adjust prioritization as needed to improve outcomes.
Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks.
Strategize and execute email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, direct mail, engagement and nurturing, sales enablement, and more.
Champion and embody Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
