• Two years experience with Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working as part of an agile team.
• Experience operating as a scrum master.
• Experience performing acceptance testing on behalf of the Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with others to influence stakeholders and grow buy-in of business projects.
• Coordinates with project team members and other teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Executes epics, features, and user stories, defining acceptance criteria and tests on behalf of the Product Owner.
• Performs acceptance testing on behalf of the Product Owner.
• Produces training materials and user guides and trains end users.
• Facilitates meetings and workshops.
• Examines user issues and translates them into user stories.
• Documents business processes, system flows, and data flows; analyzes processes; and recommends improvements.
• Constructs workflow diagrams.
• Documents issues/risks.
• Supports the Product Owner and Scrum Master as needed.
• Assists in operational rollout and support.
• Collects and analyzes data for potential business expansion.
• Identifies specific business opportunities.
