Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in graphic, communication, or visual design.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Basic proficiency in motion design.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and systematically.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI generation tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ability to design for various digital platforms including responsive web design and social media.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure brand consistency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire domain and process knowledge related to credit union fintech.
• Build collaborative relationships with marketing, sales, and design teams.
• Develop and redesign marketing and sales assets.
• Lead key design initiatives, owning larger design projects from concept to execution.
• Develop design guidelines and best practices for asset consistency.
• Create reusable templates and processes to improve efficiency.
• Influence marketing and sales strategy through design initiatives.
• Shape design culture within the team.
• Impact visual design across all areas of the company.
